Responsibilities
- Architect long-term technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 digital transformation initiatives
- Lead development of quantum computing applications for enterprise optimization
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks aligned with global regulatory standards
- Manage cross-functional R&D teams across 3 international innovation hubs
- Drive commercialization of emerging technologies through venture partnerships
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor geopolitical tech trends and policy shifts affecting digital infrastructure
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field preferred
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures from concept to $100M+ ARR
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or decentralized tech
- Published author in IEEE or Nature Technology journals
- Experience securing federal innovation grants (SBIR, DARPA)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Certified in TOGAF and AWS/Azure architectural frameworks
