Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, AR/VR, etc.) into product roadmaps
- Lead high-impact innovation initiatives with budgets exceeding $2M
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders using data-driven insights and scenario modeling
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team of 8+ specialists
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or product innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AI, biotech, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation (e.g., Foresight Practitioner)
- Experience managing budgets >$1M and teams of 10+ professionals
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major tech innovation projects delivered
