Responsibilities

- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for breakthrough product development
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and evaluate disruptive startups
- Present compelling tech visions to stakeholders and executive boards
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological innovation ROI
- Represent the company at global tech forums and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (e.g., launched 3+ AI products)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech convergence
- C-level executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience developing technology roadmaps for 5+ year horizons
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology foresight methodologies
