Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap for quantum-AI convergence
- Lead cross-functional 'Innovation Pods' to develop patent-pending solutions in biotech, neural interfaces, and sustainable energy
- Establish strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT, and global tech accelerators for resource sharing
- Present disruptive technology frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive adoption of exponential technologies across 15+ Fortune 500 client portfolios
- Mentor a team of 10 futurists and PhD researchers
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Biotechnology
- 15+ years experience in emerging tech strategy with 5+ years at director level
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent industry impact
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies (3+ exits)
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, and synthetic biology
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
