Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR) into core offerings
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and researchers in prototyping future solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for technological disruption
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present visionary technology strategies to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, R&D initiatives, and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record in commercializing next-generation technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, sustainable tech, or spatial computing
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex digital transformations
- Strong background in technology forecasting and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
