Responsibilities
- Architect strategic technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, evaluating emerging innovations like quantum computing and neuro interfaces
- Lead cross-functional initiatives bridging R&D, product development, and market analysis
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Develop frameworks for ethical AI implementation and sustainable tech adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investment committees
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their implications on industry evolution
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching transformative tech initiatives with $50M+ impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex tech adoption scenarios
- Experience presenting to C-suite and investment boards
- Portfolio of published thought leadership on future tech trends
