Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Architect future-proof digital ecosystems integrating AI, IoT, and blockchain
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation culture through cross-functional tech incubators
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption ROI
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR)
- Deep expertise in digital transformation frameworks
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Technology Foresight
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- Experience scaling tech teams in agile environments
