Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a 5-year technology strategy positioning InnovateNext as a 2026 industry leader
- Lead research initiatives in quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology roadmaps with business objectives
- Manage $10M+ R&D portfolio for breakthrough projects with 2026 commercialization targets
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech consortiums
- Drive innovation culture through cross-functional hackathons and technology incubation programs
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders including investors, board members, and government bodies
- Monitor emerging regulatory frameworks and ethical considerations for 2026 technology deployment
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record in scaling innovative technology from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Experience with large-scale R&D budget management and P&L responsibility
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking experience
