- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to nurture internal ideation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or product management with proven C-suite influence
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA with tech specialization
- Deep expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making track record
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
