Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype next-gen tech solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web4.0)
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with business growth objectives
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Mentor emerging talent in future-tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in launching disruptive tech products/services
- Deep expertise in at least 2 emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Strong financial modeling and budget management skills
- Exceptional communication with executive stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in tech journals
- Master's degree in Technology Management or equivalent
