Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neurotech, Web3) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for tech adoption and ROI tracking
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Ensure compliance with evolving regulatory frameworks for AI and data privacy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS ML, Google Quantum)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive experience
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
