Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology strategy roadmap for emerging domains (quantum computing, neural interfaces, AI ethics)
- Lead market research and competitive analysis in emerging tech sectors
- Partner with product teams to incubate disruptive innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage a global network of technology futurists and academic partners
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through pilot programs and ROI modeling
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on future tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Certification in emerging technologies or innovation management preferred
