- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure strategic initiatives' impact on market positioning
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to pioneer next-gen research
- Drive organizational change management for emerging technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- Proven expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI/ML, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Track record of successfully launching technology ventures with $50M+ impact
- Deep familiarity with global tech policy landscapes and regulatory frameworks
