Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps and innovation frameworks
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neural interfaces, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technology investments with business objectives
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify strategic acquisition targets
- Present technology strategy to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends (e.g., Gartner hype cycle experience)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, biotech, quantum computing)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech investment analysis
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
