Responsibilities

- Architect cross-functional innovation initiatives bridging R&D, product development, and customer experience teams
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders with data-driven recommendations for technology adoption
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantages
- Manage relationships with venture partners and academic institutions for collaborative R&D projects
- Drive organizational culture of innovation through thought leadership and technology evangelism
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; Master's or PhD preferred
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record in developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, blockchain, AR/VR, or AI governance)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies
- Executive-level communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy (e.g., CTO, CDIO) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology transformation initiatives
