- Analyze emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate next-gen technologies into core products
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring innovation impact and ROI
- Present strategic visions to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Mentor innovation teams in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or product innovation leadership
- Proven track record in scaling tech-driven initiatives to global markets
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical narratives
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or strategy
- Certification in emerging technologies or strategic management preferred
