Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research and analysis in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.)
- Design strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present technology insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Oversee implementation of pilot programs for next-gen solutions
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of future technologies
- Mentor cross-functional teams on technology adoption and innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and translating insights to strategy
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology lifecycle management
- Strong financial acumen with ability to build business cases for tech investments
- Executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (articles, patents, etc.)
