Qualifications

- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CIMS)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex technology adoption curves
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to stakeholders
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
