Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a multi-year technology strategy positioning InnovateNext as a 2026 industry pioneer
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives across quantum computing, synthetic biology, and decentralized AI systems
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-gen tech solutions
- Build strategic alliances with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology roadmaps to investors and board members
- Establish KPIs for innovation adoption and ROI
- Mentor cross-functional teams on emerging tech implementation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
