Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology strategy aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web4.0) for commercial viability assessment
- Design innovation frameworks to accelerate prototyping and pilot programs
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-forward technologies into customer solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives in fast-paced environments
