Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-AI collaborative systems
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with $500M+ market potential
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Design frameworks for responsible AI deployment in regulated industries
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget for experimental technology initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent expertise)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech adoption
- Proven track record of launching products using quantum/AI technologies
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional data modeling skills with proficiency in Python/R
- Experience securing federal SBIR grants or DARPA partnerships
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
