Responsibilities

- Partner with executive leadership to secure $50M+ annual R&D budget and justify strategic technology investments
- Establish global partnerships with leading research institutions and tech incubators to access breakthrough innovations
- Oversee the creation of patent portfolios and intellectual property strategy for proprietary 2026 technology solutions
- Mentor a team of 15+ engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of experimental innovation and rapid prototyping
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 12+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
