Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams to incubate and scale next-gen digital products
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform innovation pipelines
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with business objectives
- Drive R&D investments in futuristic technologies with 5-10 year impact

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
