Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging tech trends and disruptors
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage a high-performance team of futurists and technologists
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure strategic implementation success

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling tech-driven businesses to $100M+ ARR
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Executive presence with board-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry forums
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
