Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market forecasts and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech fusion, AI consciousness) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present disruptive technology narratives to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation hubs
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruption and regulatory shifts
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech products or platforms
- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Executive presence with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
