Responsibilities
- Architect comprehensive technology roadmaps spanning 2024-2026, aligning with long-term business objectives and market trends
- Lead research and development initiatives in emerging fields including quantum computing, advanced AI systems, and biotech interfaces
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate technological innovation into corporate strategy and growth plans
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption and market disruption using advanced data analytics
- Manage a portfolio of experimental projects with $10M+ annual R&D budget
- Represent the company at global tech summits and industry conferences to establish thought leadership
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-proofing technologies and digital transformation principles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in emerging technologies
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Certification in technology forecasting or strategic innovation management preferred
