Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints exploring quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and integrate emerging startups into our ecosystem
- Present strategic blueprints to investors and board members with compelling data visualizations
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technological ROI and adoption metrics
- Mentor junior strategists while fostering a culture of experimental innovation
- Represent the company at global tech summits and industry thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling tech solutions for enterprise markets (>$500M ARR)
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, Web3, biotech convergence, or climate tech
- Certified in Agile/Sc methodologies and systems thinking frameworks
- Exceptional financial modeling skills with experience in venture-style ROI analysis
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry whitepapers
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three successful future-tech implementations
