Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology strategies aligned with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, etc.) to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical vision with product roadmaps and customer needs
- Build financial models and ROI projections for strategic technology investments
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring technology adoption and impact
- Represent technical strategy to executive stakeholders and board members
- Maintain competitive intelligence through industry research and partnership development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies with hands-on experience in at least one: AI, quantum computing, or decentralized systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and technical audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience in venture capital, consulting, or innovation lab environments preferred
- Certification in technology management (e.g., CTO Academy, TOGAF) a plus
