- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, Web3) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling pilot projects
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech innovators
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive intelligence
- Manage technology innovation budget and resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech products/services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong financial modeling and ROI analysis capabilities
- Experience managing budgets >$5M for tech initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
