Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers, designers, and researchers
- Forge strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through compelling investor presentations
- Present at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES, TED) as company thought leader
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies in healthcare, logistics, and energy sectors
- Mentor innovation fellows and establish university internship programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives to $10M+ budgets
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AGI ethics, neurotech, or climate tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or major tech publications
- Proficiency in scenario planning frameworks and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to C-suite
