- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build and manage an innovation ecosystem including startups and academic partners
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic impact and ROI on future technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (AI/ML, quantum, IoT)
- Experience with futures methodology and horizon scanning techniques
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex tech trends into actionable plans
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external innovation partnerships
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
