Responsibilities

- Conduct competitive analysis in next-gen tech sectors (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Manage R&D partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee implementation of pilot programs for breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, MIT)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Experience securing R&D funding and managing innovation budgets >$5M
