Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) and their enterprise viability post-2025
- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning technological capabilities with market demands and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Conduct competitive intelligence and scenario planning for disruptive market shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and maintain a global network of tech innovators and research institutions
- Mentor teams on future-proofing methodologies and adaptive innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record developing multi-year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFS, CFSD) preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating published research or implemented future-tech initiatives
