Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future technologies into commercial offerings
- Establish strategic alliances with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Conduct technology impact assessments and ROI projections
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Technology
- Proven track record of launching at least two future-tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or blockchain ecosystems
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management
- Published thought leadership in future technology trends
- Experience scaling tech teams in high-growth environments
