Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping futuristic interfaces (AR/VR, neural interfaces, quantum applications)
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging tech (6G, synthetic biology, AGI) and assess commercial viability
- Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for stakeholders and investors
- Establish ethical frameworks for experimental technologies ensuring responsible innovation
- Drive patent strategy and IP protection for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech product development
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products (quantum computing, advanced AI, or similar)
- Deep understanding of exponential tech trends (Moore's Law 2.0, neural lace, etc.)
- Expertise in agile methodologies for long-term R&D roadmapping
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Portfolio of published research or patents in emerging technologies
