- Develop patent strategies and innovation frameworks for proprietary solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members quarterly

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Analytics
- Proven track record in implementing AI/ML solutions at scale
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, IoT, and sustainable tech trends
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
