Responsibilities

- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify technological disruptors and opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives with data-driven business cases
- Oversee pilot programs for next-gen technologies and measure ROI against strategic KPIs
- Build and maintain partnerships with technology startups, research institutions, and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; PhD preferred
- 12+ years of progressive experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, quantum computing)
