Responsibilities
- Architect 10-year technology roadmaps aligning with market evolution and organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing proof-of-concept implementations for emerging technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with transformative potential
- Develop quantitative models forecasting technology adoption curves and ROI scenarios
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible innovation and deployment
- Manage R&D partnerships with leading academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or innovation consulting
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence, or neurotech
- Proven track record of launching at least two enterprise-scale tech innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
