Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to pilot emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain)
- Analyze industry trends and competitive landscape to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversees R&D investments in future-focused innovation initiatives
- Build strategic partnerships with leading tech research institutions
- Mentor junior talent in technology foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, Web3, etc.)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with scenario planning and technology roadmapping
- Published thought leadership in future-tech publications
- Global network of tech innovators and researchers
