Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with global market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies (AI, quantum, IoT)
- Analyze competitive landscapes and disruptor technologies to identify strategic opportunities
- Partner with R&D to translate theoretical innovations into commercial applications
- Present strategic initiatives to executive leadership and secure cross-departmental buy-in
- Monitor KPIs for technology adoption and ROI, iterating strategies based on performance data
- Represent InnovateCorp at industry forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies to market
- Expertise in emerging tech frameworks (AI ethics, quantum algorithms, sustainable tech)
- Exceptional data analysis skills with proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies
- Experience leading cross-geographical teams and managing $5M+ innovation budgets
