Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3, etc.) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives from ideation to implementation
- Present technology strategies to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain relationships with technology partners and venture capital networks
- Monitor competitor tech landscapes and regulatory developments affecting innovation
- Mentor technical teams on future-focused development practices
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership, with 5+ years in C-suite advisory roles
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives with measurable business impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $10M
- Certified in technology strategy frameworks (TOGAF, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future trends
