- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying emerging technologies with disruptive potential for our industry
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to anticipate technological shifts and regulatory impacts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven risk assessments
- Oversee pilot programs for cutting-edge technologies including AI ethics frameworks and decentralized systems
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology ROI and innovation maturity across business units
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven experience in emerging tech adoption cycles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on technology strategy
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- CFMP (Certified Future Management Professional) or equivalent foresight certification preferred
- Published research or patents in technology innovation or future studies
- Experience managing technology budgets exceeding $50M with measurable ROI outcomes
