Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Identify emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) and assess their commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team
- Drive adoption of future-ready infrastructure and security frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., quantum computing, neurotech, sustainable energy)
- Executive-level communication with ability to translate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
