Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmap for 2026 product portfolio
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and engineering teams
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, bioinformatics) for competitive advantage
- Develop patentable solutions in sustainable tech and decentralized systems
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Mentor junior strategists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with Fortune 500 or hyper-growth startups
- Proven track record launching products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, IoT, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certified Innovation Leader (CIL) or equivalent strategic designation
- Published research in IEEE or similar peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with federal grant proposals (DARPA, NSF, DOE)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or German for global partnerships
