Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's 2026 technology vision roadmap with measurable milestones
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI ethics, biotech) and assess market disruption potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Manage $500M innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Champion ethical technology frameworks and sustainability initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with >$100M revenue impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (IEEE, Nature, TechCrunch)
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 500+ professionals
- Proficiency in scenario planning and risk modeling frameworks
