Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology adoption strategy with measurable ROI targets
- Identify emerging tech trends (Web4, AI ethics, decentralized systems) and assess market viability
- Lead innovation sprints with engineering teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs for technology maturity and competitive advantage tracking
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders including investors and board members
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Drive culture of innovation through internal hackathons and knowledge-sharing programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven 5-year+ planning experience
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AI, blockchain, or quantum computing
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Track record of launching commercialized innovations from concept to market
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or technology forecasting
- Experience with agile methodologies and lean innovation frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to influence C-suite and secure multi-million innovation budgets
