Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate future risks
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption success and ROI measurement
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes impacting our 2026 strategy
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of executing multi-year tech roadmaps in Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Expertise in at least three of: AI governance, quantum computing, climate tech, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Certifications in Futures Thinking or Technology Strategy (e.g., CTO Academy, Singularity University)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major industry conferences
- Experience building diverse innovation teams across global markets
