Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Track record of scaling technology initiatives from concept to market deployment
- Deep understanding of emerging tech policy landscape and regulatory frameworks
- Executive presence with experience interfacing with C-suite and government stakeholders
