Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with transformative potential (quantum, AI, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry consortiums
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to the executive board and investors
- Drive adoption of sustainable and ethical tech frameworks across all R&D initiatives
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology architects to build innovation capacity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with demonstrable impact on future-focused initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of launching products based on emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, biotech convergence, or climate tech
