Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in emerging domains (quantum AI, neuro-interfaces, decentralized systems)
- Collaborate with C-suite to prioritize technology investments and R&D portfolios
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive technologies
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-proofing methodologies
- Present technology forecasts to stakeholders and industry forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy at Fortune 500 or high-growth startups

- Proven track record of launching innovative products/services
